Raising a Concern or Complaint

It is in everyone’s interest that concerns and complaints are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Many issues can be resolved informally, without the need to use the formal stages of the Complaints Procedure. We take concerns seriously and will make every effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.  In the first instance concerns should be raised with the relevant member of staff. In many cases this is likely to be the class teacher, student support manager, head of year, or a subject leader. To help us to address your concern as swiftly as possible please address your correspondence to the relevant member of staff and avoid addressing your correspondence to multiple recipients as this can delay a response.
