Enrichment and community outreach
We are pleased that we have strong partnership links with a wide range of organisations. These enhance the provision that we are able to offer and allow students the opportunity to enrich their progression opportunities:
Education and careers
Southampton Universities Network provides support and guidance for students and parents on the UCAS application process and student finance.
Corfe Hills Careers Coaching & Workshops are a series of workshops run by local businesses to inform, inspire and give students an edge. These run in Enrichment every Wednesday afternoon.
“What Next?” Conference is one of the largest school based conferences provided by any post 16 provider in Poole and Dorset. A real motivational event in launching future career choices.
Students will be off timetable all day as they start to consider what they are going to do post-A Levels. After an Introductory session, students opt into either sessions about going to University or sessions on alternative routes and employability skills. In the afternoon, they have an introduction to a platform called UniFrog which will help support students through their UCAS applications, skill tracking enrichment and looking for apprenticeships. This is an important day for students as they begin to focus on their futures and we thank you for your support.
“Bournemouth University is proud to support Corfe Hills Sixth Form and the excellent educational experience it provides.”

“Southampton University - Learn with US Transition Programme is proud to support the excellent Corfe Hills School Sixth Form EPQ programme which offers students the opportunity to excel in academic skills that will support them in their future endeavours whatever path they choose to follow.”
