The Senior Diploma has one main objective; to ensure every student has participated in a range of activities that will leave them best placed to embark on their destination of choice. Through enrichment, inspiring careers talks and work shadowing all students will be able to evidence the personal and professional skills needed to progress. Personal skill options include first aid training, participating in school shows, sports, podcasts, TEFL and online courses. Professional skills options assist students in CV writing, forming linkedIn profiles, work shadowing and interview skills and looking at inspiring careers.
