Wellbeing Mentor
Overview
Corfe Hills School is looking for a Wellbeing Mentor to join the Pastoral Team to manage and co-ordinate a caseload of students who may be experiencing barriers to their learning, behaviour and/or attendance. You will provide one to one support for students to develop self-esteem, resilience and positive mental health and wellbeing. You will also be required to develop and organise programmes of support so that students can access their lessons and make good progress.

Grade E, point 7 – 11
35 hours per week, term time only 8.00am – 15.30pm Monday to Friday (30-minute unpaid lunch)
£18,038 actual salary per annum (£22,369 FTE) rising to £19,396 per annum (£24,054 FTE)
